From a series of 12 tapestries woven for Archduke Maximilian, from the designs of Pieter Coecke and Frans Borremans from Brussels.
The original is in the Lourve museum, Paris.
The tapestry represents the month of march, and shows the Zonien forest and the church of St. Goedele (now St. Michaels Cathedral).
All our tapestries are woven in Flanders, on Jacquard Looms using high quality materials, and are lined with cotton on the back, with a tunnel for easy hanging (see our Hanging Rods section). Click here for more information about the tapestries.
