How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is free for items shipped within the UK!

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times are shown on the product description pages. However, please allow 28 days for delivery. Some items may be made to order, and we will contact you if there is likely to be any delays with your order.

Do You Ship Outside The UK?

Most of our items can be shipped outside the UK, but extra delivery charges will be incurred. Also, some items are simply too heavy (and therefore too expensive) to post abroad. Please contact us for details of costs. Our "Free Delivery " offer does not apply for non-UK orders.

What do I do if a product is faulty?

If a signature is required upon delivery, please inspect goods before signing. If you sign the goods as undamaged, we may not be able to claim back damages caused by delivery companies. Please contact us immediately if your order is damaged.

What do I do if I don't like the product?

If for any reason you don't like the product you receive, send it back and we will refund the sale price as long as the items are returned in good condition.

What payment methods can I use to pay?

We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Maestro (switch), American Express, Solo, Mastercard and Discover. You can also pay for goods via PayPal. We also can take orders over the phone (See contact page).

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an automated email from us confirming your order. If you do not receive this email shortly after you have ordered, please check your JUNK mail folder. If it's not there, please contact us.

What do you do with my order details?

We do not store your credit card details, they are simply used to pay for your order. In fact, we never see your credit card details! They are securely transferred via 256 bit SSL encryption. We store your contact details securely on a database for future reference but we do not pass these details on to any third parties!

Do you buy tapestries?

Unfortunately, we do not buy 2nd-hand tapestries.

Do you offer a repair service?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a repair service.
